The PESCI Coaching and Mentorship Program (PESCI104) is the ultimate PESCI interview preparation service. The Program provides candidates with the unique advantage of personal guidance and tutoring by an experienced member of our academic faculty. It includes the PESCI Interview Preparation Workshop (PESCI101) and the PESCI Interview Preparation Online Course (PESCI102), as well as a personalised study plan, 8 personal tutorials and unlimited access to a member of our academic faculty.
All members of the PESCI academic faculty at METC Institute are Consultant-Level (Senior Medical Officer) specialist medical practitioners with a minimum of 10-years clinical experience in the Australian health sector. Furthermore, all lecturers and course facilitators also hold additional academic appointments in a Medical School of an Australian University.

The overall Course Objective of the PESCI Interview Preparation Mentorship Program (PESCI104) is to provide doctors with the relevant clinical communication skills necessary for an exception performance in the Pre-Employment Structured Clinical Interview (PESCI). This will be achieved by facilitating the development of the following clinical domains necessary for good clinical practice:

PESCI coaching structure
The PESCI Interview Preparation Mentorship Program (PESCI104) consists of three course components:
- PESCI101 – PESCI Interview Preparation Live Workshop
- PESCI102 – PESCI Interview Preparation Online Course
- PESCI Mentorship Program – PESCI Study Plan & PESCI Personal Tutoring
PESCI101 – PESCI Interview Preparation Live Workshop
PESCI101 is conducted in a live setting and commences with an instructive tutorial on the PESCI, with discussion of specific strategies and preparation advice. This is followed by a hands-on workshop, with actual clinical scenarios and personalized feedback provided by our expert course facilitators. All clinical domains will be comprehensively assessed with specific strategies provided for improvement.
PESCI102 –PESCI Interview Preparation Online Course
PESCI102 consists of 10 Online Modules that include interview scenarios written and prepared by consultant senior medical doctors with first-hand experience, expertise and insights into the PESCI and Australian medical practice.

PESCI Mentorship Program – PESCI Study Plan & PESCI Personal Tutoring
The PESCI Mentorship Program – PESCI Study Plan & PESCI Personal Tutoring includes a personalised study plan tailored for the employment position being sought. The program includes unlimited access to a personal tutor as well as 8 structured personal tutoring sessions that will be tailored and designed specifically for the candidate to maximise their chances of success.
